Dr. Nancy Mallerou is one of the leading Coaches and sought after motivational speakers in Greece.

Through her lectures, keynotes, TV appearances, articles, seminars, coaching and books she has affected positively the lives of thousands of people.

Dr. Mallerou is the inspirer and keynote speaker of the yearly non-profit Inspirational Coaching Conference “KALYTERA GINETAI” (“IT CAN GET BETTER”), dedicated to supporting disadvantaged social groups. “KALYTERA GINETAI” is in its 3rd year and has attracted over 3.500 people from all over Greece with enthusiastic reviews from the public and the press.

She is the speakers’ coach in TEDxAthens, TEDxThesaloniki and TEDMed Live in Athens.

Dr. Mallerou holds a Bachelor in French Literature, an MBA and a Ph.D. in co-operative strategies. She is a Certified Coach, founding member and President of the International Coach Federation – Greek Chapter and holds various  diplomas in Life Style Management from the Dpt. of Continuous Education of Harvard Medical School.

She has served 11 years as an Adjunct Professor & Researcher at the Panteion University of Social and Political Science, in Athens. In 2012,  she designed and introduced the course “Coaching for Happiness” that she teaches in Universities, inspired by a similar course tought in MIT and Stanford Universities.

She has 12 years of corporate experience in sectors varying from entertainment, charity and culture to cosmetics, advertising, media, spirits, food and telecoms, where she has held senior positions in Marketing & Communications.

Personal development, progress and goal achieving were always an area of interest. Through her professional and academic career she developed a great interest in human resources, mentoring and coaching.

Dr. Mallerou has contributed to and featured in the most prominent media (SKAI, Alpha, TO VIMA, TA NEA, Kathimerini, Eleftherotypia, Proto Thema, Athens Voice, Kerdos, Vogue, Life & Style, Deluxe etc). She has a permanent Coaching column in Athens Voiceand Deluxe Magazine. She is the writer and presenter of the Coaching section “Kalytera Ginetai”  of the TV show “JOINUS” in SKAI TVand has her own radio show in Lampsi FM

She is the author of the books “It Can Get Better”, “Competitors, Co-operate”,  “Today…” and “It Can Get Better – Diary 2015 & 2016”

She is currently working on her new book “Esocentrism” which will be published by Dioptra Publications in 2017.

She speaks Greek, English, French and Spanish.
